I had a fantastic experience at this wireless cell phone store! I came in needing help, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. The girls working there were absolutely amazing—friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with my choices. It’s not often you find customer service this good. They were genuinely kind and made the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable. I was attracted to this business because of the good reviews and was not disappointed, I needed a new battery for my iPhone 7 Plus and thought I also needed a new charging port, Dropped off phone and they said to come pick it up in an hour, when I returned they had the new battery installed and let me know that a new charging port was not necessary because they just cleaned it out and it works like new, I appreciate the honesty and professionalism and very fair rates, It’s something we are seeing less and less of these days, at 53 years old this is the first review I’ve ever written and would highly recommend to anyone, ~ Andy C

We have had the most amazing experience. We live in another state and had our new phones arrive. We had an insane amount of bumps on the road but Jennifer has helped us through it all. Not only did she help us she stayed on the phone with us and support for 5 hrs during her family time to make sure all was successful and we were able to conduct business the following day. Jennifer and the entire staff is beyond wonderful and helpful. They not only deserve a 5 star from us but if there was an extraordinary services button that’s what I would chose. Was in the market for an IPhone X 256g but didn’t want to get locked in at my t-mobile store for the 2 year monthly payments BS. Got a great deal and a screen protector, case and charging cable. Everyone here is so pleasant to deal with. They would not let me leave unless my phone was 100% set up and old phone completely wiped of all data. Friends who work in the area recommended AS Wireless and I’m glad I listened. They also bought my 8plus 256 for a very fair market price. Austin (owner) is a real stand up guy too. AS WIRELESS GETS A 10 out of 10! Every employee there is extremely knowledgeable basically a Phone tech wizard,n extremely sweet as well! Best phone store in NY, hands down! Awesome customer service! I heard about this spot from friends over 5 years ago and have been coming here ever since! I travel close to an hour just to come to this store! It's literally worth it. The whole staff is super helpful with setting me up with new phones or fixing any issues with my current phone that I might be having, if I ever need help with anything I can always text or call Erica and she helps me out right on the spot. I stopped by for what I thought would be a battery change, but the real issue was a stuck screw that I couldn’t remove myself. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful—they removed the screw quickly and didn’t even charge me for it. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely nice. It’s rare to find a place that helps you out without trying to upsell or overcharge. Truly great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others. ~ Megha M

Always a pleasure dealing with Austin & his super helpful team whether it be rectifying issues with the phone itself, billing or upgrades. Super reasonable with pricing and understanding. Everyone is super sweet and makes sure any and all issues and questions are handled & rectified before you leave the store! (Not easy to find nowadays). I went there today as a referral from a representative at AT&T because my phone wasn’t working and I needed to transfer information to my new phone. Austin the owner, Jen and the rest of the employees were knowledgeable and accommodating. They were able to retrieve my information and transferred to my phone and watch. I went to this store in search of USB-c cable and car charger for my new phone. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even gave me a phone case for free! The charger I needed was out of stock, but they turned the place upside down until they found one! This is real customer service! They should change the name of the business to "We Have What You Need, Even If Out Of Stock!" True story! Highly recommended! ~ Raf

Bought an iphone 12 here couple months ago, wanted to see if I actually would last before writing a review. Im very superstitious person when it comes to phone places. Went to a couple phone places all wanted to charge me 1000+. Which makes no sense cause I could’ve bought a new 13 for just a little more. Phone still lasting, great battery like new 99% battery in the settings. Great place for a phone ~ Michael l

Austin is the best. He a crazy person (in the best way). When my phone was taking forever to back up, and I said I’d just come back tomorrow, he basically said “No. we’re staying”, and he took his jacket off and stayed when he was about to go home. I’ve been with A&S wireless for many many years now, and there’s a reason for that. If I have a problem, they’re there to fix it, if my phone breaks they’re there to repair it and if I need a new phone, they download everything from one phone to the other with no issues. I went to AS Wireless to get my iPhone 13 battery replaced, and I’m so glad I did! The team was super friendly and made the whole process really easy. These guys are the best-! My mother and i both got our phones from here in the past. They were very nice and easy to work with.
