Customer's reviews
I had a fantastic experience at this wireless cell phone store! I came in needing help, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. The girls working there were absolutely amazing—friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with my choices.
It’s not often you find customer service this good. They were genuinely kind and made the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and support—you’ll be in excellent hands!

AS Wireless has won a loyal customer for life... My friend stupidly forgot his phone passcode, Apple ID password, and email password. (How? Don't ask.) After I gave up trying to help him myself, we went to AS Wireless. Not only were they able to get his account reset (so he could retrieve all his lost data and logins) but they actually gave him a loaner phone to use temporarily until the issue was resolved. Everyone at the store is great, but Jenn especially is a godsend. She might actually be the most patient person I've ever met. I'll never go anywhere else the next time I need a phone repair or anything like that. Thanks again!

I was attracted to this business because of the good reviews and was not disappointed,
I needed a new battery for my iPhone 7 Plus and thought I also needed a new charging port,
Dropped off phone and they said to come pick it up in an hour, when I returned they had the new battery installed and let me know that a new charging port was not necessary because they just cleaned it out and it works like new, I appreciate the honesty and professionalism and very fair rates,
It’s something we are seeing less and less of these days, at 53 years old this is the first review I’ve ever written and would highly recommend to anyone,
